Each Sunday was Grandpa & Grandma’s day. We would ensconce ourselves in the new games & toys to which they would occasionally spoil us with. I have such fond memories of going to my Grandparents!

Origin: Ensconce is related to the word for a type of fort that defended a bridge or pass. It came to mean “to settle securely” in the late 1500s.
