We are each responsible for all of our experiences. Every thought we think is creating our future. The point of power is always in the present moment. Everyone suffers from self-hatred and guilt. The bottom line for everyone is, “I’m not good enough.” It’s only a thought, and a thought can be changed. We create every so-called illness in our body. Resentment, criticism, and guilt are the most damaging patterns. Releasing resentment will dissolve even cancer. We must release the past and forgive everyone. We must be willing to begin to learn to love ourselves. Self approval and self acceptance in the now are the keys to positive changes. We we really love ourselves, everything in our life works!

The world we knew, won’t come back!
The time we’ve lost, we can’t get back!
The life we had, won’t be ours again!
So don’t let the little things stop you from living
Life is not always what one wants it to be, but to make the best of it, as it is, is the only way of being happy.
~Jennie Jerome Churchill
In life we must all strive to reach our true potential. When you settle, you’re only hurting yourself and end up with less than what you settled for. Know your worth and only take what you deserve. Set goals, whether it be for a relationship or career, don’t stop until you’ve attained what’s rightfully yours to achieve. To not settle takes true courage. Never settle for less because the best has yet to come.
